Before founding RM Specialty in 2019, Steve held several senior positions, including General Manager at AIG, Underwriting Manager – Specialty at Catlin, and Head of Underwriting at Talbot. His deep understanding of underwriting, risk management, and market strategy has shaped RM Specialty’s reputation for excellence and innovation. Steve is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
